As a Federally Qualified Health Center, West County Health Centers (WCHC) is a safety net for individuals and families living in western Sonoma County. Safety net services refer to essential healthcare services provided to underserved and uninsured populations who may not have access to care otherwise, working to reduce local health disparities by maintaining comprehensive health service access and utilization for the unserved and underserved in the service area.
