Medical Director Russian River Wellness

Dr. DeEtte DeVille serves as Medical Director of the Russian River Health Center and Chief Medical Officer of Provider Sustainability at West County Health Centers. A board-certified family physician, she has provided compassionate, comprehensive care to the western Sonoma County community since joining WCHC in 2010. In her dual leadership roles, she guides clinical operations while championing innovative approaches to healthcare worker sustainability and professional fulfillment.

After completing both her medical degree and residency at Loma Linda University, Dr. DeVille developed a particular interest in creating healthcare environments that support both excellent patient care and provider wellbeing. Her approach to medicine emphasizes the importance of building strong patient-provider relationships while maintaining a sustainable practice environment for healthcare professionals.

Throughout her tenure at WCHC, Dr. DeVille has been instrumental in developing programs and initiatives that enhance access to high-quality healthcare while nurturing a culture of provider wellness. She believes that supporting healthcare worker wellbeing directly contributes to better patient outcomes and more resilient communities. This philosophy guides her work as she continues to shape healthcare delivery models that benefit both patients and providers.
