With an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California, they combine strategic financial oversight with deep operational healthcare knowledge.
Prior to joining WCHC, Heinemeier was CFO at Pacific HealthWorks, LLC, where they managed financial operations for multiple healthcare companies and served as an equity partner in urgent care and occupational medicine clinics. Their experience also includes nine years at Integrated Healthcare Holdings, Inc., where they held the position of System Vice President of Finance. During their tenure at IHHI, they demonstrated versatile leadership by successfully serving as both interim Hospital CEO and CFO, managing operations and financial performance for three of the system’s four hospitals.
Throughout their career, Heinemeier has consistently demonstrated expertise in healthcare financial management, operational leadership, and strategic planning.
