Susan serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for West County Health Centers, Inc. (WCHC) and is a member of the agency’s executive management team. In this role, she leads the WCHC human resources team to fulfill the agency’s mission by recruiting top talent, providing comprehensive benefits, and investing in leadership and staff development.
With extensive HR leadership experience in financial services and IPO startups, Susan is a transformational, strategic leader and trusted business partner. Her expertise spans culture development, executive coaching, people strategy, employment law, employee relations, succession planning, strategic hiring, and workforce planning. She excels at aligning people strategy with business objectives to drive organizational success.
Susan is an active member of the San Francisco Women’s Network and the Sonoma County League of Women Voters. She lives in Sonoma County with her son, two dogs, and six chickens. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her son, ice skating, and gardening.
